The rental agreement

REMEMBER ID

1. Renters, pay when collecting equipment.
2. Festivals / events are paid up-front.
3. The invoice is sent by email
4. Sales and delivery conditions. All orders are subject to 5% insurance (Excess DKK 10,000 + VAT. On the rented equipment:

 Approval.
Equipment may only be used by the tenant. Subletting can only be done with Krog & Lauritzen's written approval.
The rented item may not be included and/or used outside of Denmark without written permission from VT GRUPPEN.

The rent
The rent is calculated on the basis of the rental prices set by the landlord at any time.
The rental period is defined as the period during which the equipment is reserved and available to the tenant and until the equipment is returned to the VT GRUPPEN warehouse.

The first day of hire is from the time the equipment is reserved and available to the hirer. The shortest rental period is 1 day and return must take place on the day of delivery, which is the next day.

Return
If the equipment is returned late, the renter will be invoiced for an extra rental day.
Renewal and/or extension of the rental period takes place by entering into a new contract, where the new rental period appears.

Cancellation:
If the organizer/customer cancels the rental / booking / production, 60% of the total price is paid if there are more than 30 days to the agreed date.
If the rental / booking / production is canceled less than 30 days before, 100% of the total price is paid.

Staffing
We want staff during the event to handle Sound & Light production
DKK 450 including VAT per person, we are always a minimum of 2 people on an event production.

Vandalism & Theft
Theft is reported to the police and the tenant is held responsible for the equipment that is either smashed or stolen.

Aftalen

HUSK BILLEDE ID

1. Lejere, betaler ved afhentning af udstyr.

2. Festival / events betales up-front.

3. Faktura sendens pr mail

4.Salg og leverings betingelser. Alle ordre tillægges 5% forsikring ( Selvrisiko 10.000kr. + moms. På det det lejede udstyr:

Skriftlige godkendelse.

Lejet udstyr må kun anvendes af lejer. Fremleje kan kun ske med VT GRUPPEN skriftlige godkendelse.

Det lejede må ikke uden skriftlige tilladelse fra VT GRUPPEN medtages og/eller anvendes uden for Danmark.

Lejen

Lejen beregnes på grundlag af de til enhver tid af udlejer fastsatte lejepriser.

Lejeperioden defineres som tidsrummet, hvor udstyret er reserveret og til rådighed for lejer og indtil udstyret er tilbageleveret på VT GRUPPEN

Første lejedag regnes fra det tidspunkt, hvor udstyret er reserveret og til rådighed for lejer. Korteste lejeperiode er 1 dag og tilbagelevering skal ske på afleveringsdagen som er næste dag.

Retur

Returneres udstyret for sent, faktureres lejer for en ekstra lejedag.

Fornyelse og/eller forlængelse af lejeperiode sker ved indgåelse af ny kontrakt, hvor den nye lejeperiode fremgår.

Aflysning:
Såfremt arrangøren/kunde aflyser Leje / booking / produktion betales 60% af den samlede pris, hvis der er mere end 30 dage til aftalte dato.
Aflyses Leje / booking / produktion mindre end 30 dage før, betales 100% af den samlede pris.

Bemanding

Ønskes der personale under arrangement til og varetage Lyd & Lys produktion

550 kr inkl moms pr mand vi er minimum altid 2 mand på en produktion.

Herværk & Tyverri

Tyverri anmældes til Politiet og lejer stilles til ansvar for udstyret der enten er smadret eller stjålet.
